Because FAX Sr. installs itself as a Windows printer, virtually anything that you can print in Windows 95 can be sent as a FAX.  For this series of examples we'll use a simple MS Word document.  Keep in mind that the same can be applied to spreadsheets, databases, flowcharts, etc. as long as they can print under Windows 95.  This includes graphic files, with the limitation that it will be sent in black and white.

Begin your project/document, if you haven't already.

When ready to send, select File/Print from the menu bar.

Using whatever means is available (this can vary from one application to another) use the printer selection option to provide a list of printers available to you.

The printer you wish to use is Fax Sr.  Sometimes it might be called Fax Sr. on Faxport.  Select the printer and take any other options you might need for the document to be sent.  Click the OK button.

Note:  Some applications require that you select the printer from another menu option before selecting the File/Print option.
