This page will point you to technical documents that we have written, copies of manuals from the manufacturers, or links to other sites that have some useful documents relating to DCCCD computing. Inhouse Documents These inhouse docuements are generally designed for quick overview of the product or procedure and is usually not meant as the definitive and comprehensive source of information. If you are needing a comprehensive information, either refer to your user documentation if one was provided or request it from one of the DSC NetSupport personnel. You can find out who is responsible for a particular product or procedure by refering to our responsibility grid. To view the grid, you will need to download and install the Microsoft Excel Viewer. Official Manuals from the Manufacturers We will try our best to provide an online manual set from the manufacturers if available. These documents are usually in the Adobe Acrobat PDF format so you will need that reader installed to view these documents. How to Navigate To view the documents, click on the left side buttons for that particular category of documents. Some of these documents are specific for either administrative or educational computing and is usually noted in the title of the document. |
