1. Right-click on My Network Places.
2. Click on properties.
3. Right-click on Local area Connection.
4. Click on properties.
5. Scroll down if necessary and double-click on "Internet Protocol (TPC/IP)"
6. In the new window, click on "Obtain an ip address automatically" check box to place a check mark on it.
7. Also click on "Obtain DNS server address automatically" to place the check mark there as well.
8. Click "OK" to save the settings and exit the Internet Protocol (TPC/IP) properties.
9. Click "OK" again to exit the Local Area Connection properties.
10. Go to File and Close the exit the Network and Dial-Up connections screen.
