Error Starting RMS Console

If you receive the following error message

rmserror.bmp (277302 bytes)

	Go to Run - Start
	Type DCOMCNFG and click OK.
	Click on Default Properties tab.
	Change Default Authentication Level to Connect.
	Click on OK to save the new settings.
